Online Booking: You can book directly all services of your choice. By selecting each item. All items are subject to availability. Services need to be confirm with all providers.

A pre-confirmation email will be sent to your email between 48-72 hours. Prior final payment will take place. At this time you must verify all items in your reservation. At this point You still can make any last minute changes or additions to your order. If any of the items of your choice is not available at the time of your booking. You will be offer additional alternatives similar to your original selection.

 

Any changes or additions:

Need to be Re-Submitted at this point before your final credit card payment will take place.

Modifications:

Any current reservation that needs to be modified after final payment have been made are subject to availabilities, fees & conditions from our providers.

 

Additional Conditions:

Insurance: ParaCubaTravel recommend that all passengers should carry additional insurance in case of pre-existing medical conditions as well for any damages or losses.
The airline carrier includes at the time of purchase ( a basic Travel insurance).

 

In the case of Hotel overbooking:

ParaCubaTravel will assume the responsibility to relocate all passengers to a similar or higher category.

 

Travel Documentation:

All Passengers must verify all travel documents to make sure they are current and valid.
Prior Departure. Visa must be requested 48 hours prior departure. Visa is for 30 Days.

Agreement with you:

ParaCubaTravel offers a variety of travel related products & services.
Each supplier has its own terms and conditions that are applicable to your particular Arrangement. In addition to our general terms & conditions.
ParaCubaTravel.com is a third party booking agent acting as an intermediary offering products & services.

 

Your Agreement with Us:

Your acceptance of these of these terms and conditions. By booking your arrangement with us or using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any supplier that are applicable to your booking. Including payments of all amounts when they are due. You agree that any violation of such terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation (b) your forfeiture of amount paid for your reservation or purchase © you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service.
You represent and warrant that (a) you have the legal age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use (b) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c )the information supplied by you or members of your group is true and correct.
You are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangement. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.

You agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to principles of conflicts of law should it become necessary for any party hereto to engage in litigation to enforce the terms of this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is being entered into in Miami-Dade County, Florida and that the jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Agreement shall exist in Circuit Court in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Parties choose as their venue on any such action/litigation the State of Florida Circuit Court, in and for the 11th Judicial Circuit, Miami-Dade County.

You agree to comply with all laws and regulations and is subject to any necessary approvals in order to comply with all laws including, but not limited to: the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, the Cuban Assets Control Regulations of 1963, the Cuban Democracy Act of 1992, the Helms–Burton Act of 1996, and the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. AS A MATERIAL TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT, EACH PARTY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ANY CONTROVERSY THAT MAY ARISE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS LIKELY TO INVOLVE COMPLICATED AND DIFFICULT ISSUES, AND THEREFORE EACH PARTY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT OF ANY LITIGATION DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY OF THE AGREEMENTS DELIVERED IN CONNECTION HEREWITH OR THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREBY OR THEREBY. THIS WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL SHALL BE BINDING ON THE PARTIES’ PERMITTED SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. EACH PARTY CERTIFIES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT: (A) NO REPRESENTATIVE, AGENT OR ATTORNEY OF ANY OTHER PARTY HAS REPRESENTED, EXPRESSLY OR OTHERWISE, THAT SUCH OTHER PARTY WOULD NOT, IN THE EVENT OF LITIGATION, SEEK TO ENFORCE SUCH WAIVER; (B) IT UNDERSTANDS AND HAS CONSIDERED THE IMPLICATIONS OF SUCH WAIVER; AND (C) IT MAKES SUCH WAIVER VOLUNTARILY.

You agree you will only use our website or services to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations. You agree that you will only use our website and services in compliance with applicable law.
Without our prior written permission, you may not (a) access, monitor or copy any content or information on our website using any “robot,” “spider,” or other automated or manual device or program, (b) deep link to any portion of our website, or (c) “frame” or incorporate any portion of our website into any other website.

Fares:

When you purchase your ticket, you agree to specific rules and/or restrictions that apply to your selected Airline & Flight/Fare. Most Fares are not- refundable. Any changes to your flight reservations, as well as, cancellations and no-show will incur additional charges. Airline tickets are not-transferable. Rules and restrictions are imposed by the airlines and are subject to change. In Case of cancellations by the airline alternatives will be those provided by the Airlines under Airline rules and conditions. Cancellations charges depend on specific Airline rules/restrictions that apply to your selected flight/fare.

 

Child Policy:

Infants rates apply for ages up to 1-11 months. Children rates apply for ages 2-11 years. Children 12 years and older must always booked as adults. Unaccompanied children 5- 11 year and children 12 years older must always be booked as adults.

 

Departure Taxes:

In some cases, departure taxes are payable to the government in the country departed and no-refundable.

 

Luggage policy:

Each Airline can change their luggage policy at any time without previous notification. Please ensure to verify with the carrier of your selected choice their Luggage policy Prior your trip. There is not a standard policy. Every Airline is subject to their own Terms & Conditions.

 

Airport & Security:

You are fully responsible for calling the Airline Prior departure to confirm you fly Schedule and security regulations.

Traveler’s Obligation:

Before You board the ship, You must:

  1. Pay Your Cruise Fare.
  2. Agree to comply with all requirements of U.S. law and regulations and all Carrier instructions with respect to this Cruise, including the specific limitations, restrictions and conditions on activities applicable to Travelers traveling from the United States to Cuba, regardless of nationality.
  3. Agree to comply with all requirements of U.S. law and regulations and all Carrier instructions with respect to this Cruise, including the specific limitations, restrictions and conditions on activities applicable to Travelers traveling from the United States to Cuba, regardless of nationality.
  4. Bring all necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, proof of citizenship, re- entry permits, minor’s permissions, medical certificates showing all necessary vaccinations, and all other documents necessary for ports of call in the countries to which You will travel.It is the Traveler’s sole responsibility to obtain and have available when necessary the appropriate valid travel documents. All Travelers are advised to check with their travel agent or the appropriate government authority to determine the necessary documents. You will be refused boarding or disembarked without liability for refund, payment, compensation, or credit of any kind if You do not have proper documentation, and You will be subject to any fine or other costs incurred by Carrier which result from improper documentation or noncompliance with applicable regulations, which amount may be charged to Your stateroom account and/or credit card.PASSPORT REQUIREMENT WHEN MINORS TRAVEL WITH ONE ADULT ON VOYAGES GOVERNED BY U.S. WESTERN HEMISPHERE TRAVEL INITIATIVE (“WHTI”) (includes travel within BERMUDA, CANADA, CARIBBEAN, MEXICO, UNITED STATES)When minors are traveling with only one adult 21 years of age or older, Carrier requires that all passengers must be in possession of a valid passport. Carrier has implemented this requirement so that Your party remains together should an emergency arise that requires one or more in your party to be disembarked in a non-U.S. port. Carrier cannot guarantee that all members of Your party will be allowed to disembark with only a WHTI-compliant document or birth certificate.
  5. Arrive at least two hours before the scheduled or amended sailing time and have with You all required documentation. Attach a completed Fathom Travel luggage tag to each piece of baggage.
  6. Be sure that You and any person in Your care are fit to take the Cruise.
    (a) Upon boarding the ship, You must register a valid credit card or other acceptable payment method at the passenger services/purser’s desk to cover any charges to Your stateroom account.
    (b) Prior to disembarking the ship, You must pay in full all amounts charged to Your stateroom account.
  7. Carrier shall not be liable for refund, payment, compensation or credit of any kind, nor damages resulting from Your failure to comply with any of the requirements set forth above.

 

SAFETY AND SECURITY:

Carrier may visit a variety of ports in different countries around the world. At any given moment there are likely to be “trouble spots” in the world in terms of war, terrorism, crime, Act of God, civil commotions, labor trouble, and/or other potential sources of harm. Local conditions and infrastructure may also create hazards to Travelers while off the ship. Accordingly, it may be necessary to change, cancel or terminate the scheduled cruise or any activities related to the cruise, including without limitation shore excursions or Impact Activities and port visits. Although Carrier endeavors to provide reasonable protection for Your comfort and safety onboard its ships, Carrier cannot guarantee freedom from all risks associated with war, terrorism, crime or other potential sources of harm. Carrier reminds all Travelers that they must ultimately assume responsibility for their actions while ashore. The United States Department of State and other similar government agencies regularly issue advisories and warnings to travelers giving details of local conditions in specified cities and countries according to such agency’s perception of risks to travelers. Carrier strongly recommends that Travelers and their travel agents obtain and consider such information when making travel decisions. Although unlikely, the ship may be confronted by actual or threatened war, warlike operations or hostilities. Carrier has the absolute right and sole discretion to respond to safety concerns of any kind, including but not limited to sailing with or without lights, deviating from customary practices or rules and regulations concerning navigation, cargo or other matters in time of peace, or sailing armed or unarmed and with or without convoy.

Your Credit Card will be charge after all your vouchers have been confirmed by all providers between 48-72 hours. 

Refund Policy (Upon confirmation & payment):

With in 24 hours: Are 100% Refundable
48 Hours : 95% Refundable
72 Hours : 90% Refundable
After 72 hours -up to 30 Days: A credit in your favor will be available for any future reservation with us, based on the cancellation date.
All refunds must be requested in writing within 24 hours.
After 30 days no refunds will be made. Refunds will not be made to third parties.
We will process refunds by check; if it is a domestic purchase in the(USA).
Wire transfers: Need to be previously requested by the customer and an additional fee will be charge for banking services; which will be deducted from the total amount of Your total refund. 

Unused Services:

ParaCubaTravel should not be held responsible for any unused portion of your trip. 

Force Majeure (Acts of God)

ParaCubaTravel should not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, delays or misc expenses. Resulting from any events beyond our control, such as, strikes, terrorist attacks, wars, riots, earthquakes & whether conditions. 

Website Visitors

ParaCubaTravel collects non-personally- identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. ParaCubaTravel’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how ParaCubaTravel’s visitors use its website. From time to time, ParaCubaTravel may release non-personally- identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

ParaCubaTravel also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. ParaCubaTravel does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors choose to interact with ParaCubaTravel.com in ways that require ParaCubaTravel to gather personally-identifying information. ParaCubaTravel collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with ParaCubaTravel. ParaCubaTravel does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. However, you must agree that ParaCubaTravel may share your personal information with service providers such as hotels, home rentals, flights, that are directly related to your reservations requests. You must also agree that ParaCubaTravel may from time to time contact you by e-mail for purposes related to your reservations, use of this site and related matters, unless you specifically decline such contact through an appropriate e-mail message.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, ParaCubaTravel may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in ParaCubaTravel.com sole discretion. If any changes occur, ParaCubaTravel.com is responsible for notifying the customers about such changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
